Performance-Marketing-Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to support our team as soon as possible.

Independent implementation and coordination of online campaigns, as well as their control and optimization with regard to efficiency, ROI and performance KPIs.
You are the contact person for our cooperation partners, service providers and internal interfaces
Acquisition of new advertising space/advertising partners, as well as the expansion and support of existing cooperation partners

First professional experience in the field of online marketing, with a focus on affiliate marketing
Knowledge of relevant KPIs in online marketing
Basic knowledge of HTML, Javascript and the usual tracking technologies is desirable
Ability to explain complex technical issues in a simplified way
Strong technical affinity
Flexibility, trustworthiness, strong discretion and loyalty
Ability to work in a team, analytical and communicative skills, as well as a structured and goal-oriented approach to work
Enjoy creative, independent work and taking on responsibility
